AppointmentsAt Pure Harmony every appointment is precious so if you arrive late, we may need to reduce your treatment time, while the treatment fee remains unchanged. If you are more than 15 minutes late we may need to re-schedule your appointment to another day. To avoid disappointment please phone 9523 0005 to reserve your appointment. A deposit will be required for treatments of 1 hour or longer |
Arrival timeWe suggest you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This allows you time to check-in, enjoy a herbal tea or water, fill in your treatment card and relax. Please turn off mobile phone on arrival. |
Cancellation policyWe appreciate that life is hectic but kindly ask that you please respect our time and ask that you give 24 hours notice in the event you need to cancel so we can re-allocate this time to another client. $30 per hour or part there of, will be charged to the credit card for any appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice |
